Kenwood Project

Located on Warm Springs Road in the Kenwood area, Vista Landscape partnered with Earth Design Group to design and install a highly functional and engaging landscape for a new custom residence. The property incorporates a wide range of outdoor amenities, including a pickleball court, putting green, swimming pool, walking trails, vegetable garden, and a layered ornamental landscape.

Extensive planning and site coordination were required to address the surrounding seasonal creeks and waterways, ensuring a safe, stable, and well-drained environment for long-term performance. The result is a thoughtfully designed landscape that balances recreation, beauty, and functionality while responding carefully to the site’s natural conditions.
